well, it's been a long time since i've written. but there have been reasons. oh has there been reasons.

work's been hectic. i've been depressed and completely broke. been watching lots of movies, not wanting to spend any time writing. no real desire to do anything.

the only thing that i've been working on is my new project. the kove content.management.system. i basically got tired of logging into four different scripts / sites to manage my website. so, as i do when anything else doesn't go the way i want, i write something new.

for now, that's what it's called, unless someone can find me an available .com domain. i couldn't think of anything. anything short, that is.

anyways, this is the first post ever from the new system. and i'll let people in to beta test when it's more ready. it's in the pre-alpha stages now, with only the journal section working.

in other news, i finally got a big project for work, that i was having a hell of a time trying to get working, finally working this weeked. the higher-ups are certainly pleased. it's coming up to dmb weekend courtesy of the ever generous louis. 4th row seats for saturday's show in san fran, and 8th row or something like that for tuesday's show. my good friend trish is coming to visit for the week to join me at tuesday's show.

i finally got the go-ahead to move to san diego if i want to go. which is where i wanted to go when i moved to california in the first place. so who knows, i may be in so cal in a few months.

other than that, nothing else is new.
